Breakdown

What does it feel like to have a mental breakdown? Or a physical one that that matter? Anyone out there know and want to share. I am sure that are multiple answers to this question. I am beginning to wonder if I am reaching that point.

that said, pray for me. My stress levels are through the roof as I plan my next trip to my mom's. All this stress can't be good for baby Ritchie.

Thanks

Please take care of your self. Calgon Take you away. Breakdown's are a very lonely place to be.

Hi Amy, I see you have not posted in a couple of weeks. I hope you are doing okay. I was in Maine with the AGAPE group from NJ from Aug 4-11. I visited with your mom's good friend Pat R. Last year I got to meet your mom at church. She had been on my prayer list along with you and your family. I pray you are feeling better and enjoying spending time with Tyler and Alyssa. They are beautiful children you and Brian have been blessed with. <>< Julie

Amy & Brian

It has been a long time since our days at NBBI but I do think of you guys often and I am praying for you and all the things that are going on in your life right now. I know it is hard but God is there for you and will lead you through, all you have to do is ask and depend on HIM..

love you guys.....

I am sorry I didn't reply until now. I just didn't know what to say. We all have days like this and I am sorry you are having tough times, you are right that can not be good for the baby. Take it easy, get help when you can from your family, and remember that a healthy (and sane) Mommy make a healthy baby. I will continue to pray for you

I hope you are doing better since you wrote this. Sometimes you have to take just one minute at a time and not the whole day or week. When you feel sad, hug your babies and your husband to help you get through. I will pray for you too.

Amy, don't be afraid to talk to your doctor. He can give you something to help you. It is a physical problem and there is help. Get it.
